Job summary

Clover Health Services in Kealakekua, Hawaii seeks an MRI Technologist to perform MRI examinations, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality imaging. The role requires patient explanation, contrast administration when needed, and precise positioning for optimal results.

Eligibility includes 1–2 years of inpatient MRI experience, Basic or Advanced Life Support certification, and ARRT-MR or ARRT-R with ARMRIT credentials. This is a site-based position with a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as MRI Tech in an in-patient hospital setting.
• Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support, required
• One of the following combinations is required: ARRT-MR or ARRT-R with ARMRIT

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures and prepare patients for the exam.
• Explain the procedure to patients and obtain consent when needed.
• Administer contrast when necessary and monitor for reactions.
• Position patients for optimal imaging and select appropriate imaging techniques.
• Ensure technical quality and accuracy of the scans.
• Maintain safety and hygiene protocols during imaging

Qualifications

• - Registered MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MR); or
• - Registered Radiological Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R) and Registered MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
