Cerity Partners Ventures (CPV) is hiring Investment Associates for our Technology & Media team. Based in Boston, Chicago or San Francisco, CPV manages more than 20 corporate venture funds and partners with leading brands.

As an Investment Associate, you will source deals, evaluate business plans, assist with due diligence, and help shape innovation strategies for world-class corporations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential start-up investments and source relationships with founders.
• Meet with entrepreneurs and evaluate business plans and pitches.
• Track and report on deal flow generated by the team.
• Research industry sectors, trends, and market dynamics.
• Assist with due diligence.
