You will work in a start-up–friendly culture within a growing firm and have potential for growth. The position emphasizes deal sourcing, relationship building with founders, and rigorous due diligence, with compensation in the $100,000–$115,000 range and benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential start-up investments and source relationships with founders.
• Meet with entrepreneurs to evaluate business plans and pitches.
• Track and report on deal flow generated by the team.
