Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Investment Banking experience or equivalent.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across the Technology Services sector.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, marketing materials, and management presentations.
• Participate in due diligence processes, transaction execution, and client communications.
• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to support live transactions and business development initiatives.
• Manage analysts and oversee key execution workstreams across live deals and pitches.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers and contribute to the team's origination efforts.
