Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join a growing M&A platform in the United States. You will support and lead transactions across modeling, valuation, diligence, and closing, with a focus on technology, defense, cybersecurity, AI, and related sectors.

3–4 years of relevant M&A experience, strong financial modeling, and client-facing confidence are essential. This role offers a fully remote setup with occasional in-person collaboration at our offices.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of meaningful M&A or investment banking experience.
• Experience across modeling, valuation, diligence, and closing.
• Tech-forward mindset with AI in workflows.
• Strong communication with clients, buyers, and investors.
• Experience with Bloomberg and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and progressively manage M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle.
• Build financial models and conduct transaction-related research and analysis.
• Manage the M&A pipeline and client activity in CRM platforms.
• Engage with prospective buyers, sellers, investors, and banking counterparts.
• Prepare materials and support deal preparation and execution.
• Leverage AI to improve research, modeling, and workflows.
