Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced, multidimensional litigator to join the Litigation & Safety Team in a hybrid in-office role with a preferred location in Santa Monica or San Francisco, CA. You will manage a diverse docket, partner with counsel, and handle substantive issues across jurisdictions.

Qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership, and 6+ years of complex litigation experience. In-house experience and tech sector exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active membership in at least one state bar in good standing.
• 6+ years of complex litigation experience in private practice.

Responsabilités

• Be an active and strategic member of a team managing a diverse range of matters within Snap’s complex litigation docket across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with in-house and outside counsel to manage cutting-edge cases, overseeing substantive work and strategic decisions.
• Dive deep into substantive work on cutting-edge legal issues.
• Manage and contribute to individual litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions, including discovery, briefs, witnesses, and settlements.
• Collaborate across litigation teams and cross-functionally across Snap.
