Job summary

Snap Inc is seeking an experienced Paralegal Lead to join the Litigation and Safety team in an in-office role in Santa Monica, San Francisco, or New York. You will support complex disputes, manage case files, and help build scalable processes and playbooks while collaborating with internal teams and outside counsel.

The role emphasizes organization, analytical thinking, and strong communication abilities, with a preference for in-house tech company experience and proficiency in litigation tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years as a paralegal with significant litigation experience.
• In-house experience at a technology company is highly valued.
• Proficiency with technology databases, litigation management tools, and eDiscovery software.

Responsibilities

• Support Snap’s Litigation and Safety team on matters large and small.
• Manage disputes: case prep, fact investigation, witness contacts, dates, and documents.
• Organize and maintain litigation matter files and playbooks.
• Project manage cross-functional initiatives and operational matters.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams for regulatory and litigation needs.
• Assist with e-discovery working with managing attorneys and e-discovery team.
