Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced Paralegal Lead to join its Litigation and Safety team in Santa Monica. You will support matter prep, discovery, and document review while coordinating with internal and external lawyers.

You’ll organize matter files, manage dates, track communications, and help build playbooks. The role requires strong legal judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional partners.

• Excellent legal and business judgment required.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Support Snap’s Litigation and Safety teams on disputes and regulatory matters.
• Prepare case materials, coordinate discovery, and manage documents and dates.
• Organize litigation files and drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Assist with e-discovery under the supervision of managing attorneys.
