Director of IT will lead the IT function for the site, reporting to Tech@Lilly and the Site Head, and will drive the IT roadmap, security, data integrity, and advanced analytics initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and labs. Qualifications

• Ten+ years of IT leadership in regulated science-based industry.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (cGMP).
• Experience with advanced data analytics solutions and AI.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT strategy and operations for Lehigh Valley site.
• Ensure site IT readiness across ERP, WMS, MES, LIMS, data integration and analytics.
• Build and mentor the IT team, foster Lilly values and operational excellence.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and readiness; drive continuous improvement across IT.
