The 18-month program offers rotations across CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Technology, and Distribution Analytics, delivering hands-on experience in a modern asset management technology environment.

You will learn to gather requirements, write code, test, and document solutions while collaborating with technology and business partners.

Qualifications

• Senior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree (CS/CE/CIS/IT).
• Graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM operations and Salesforce workflows.
• Assist Marketing Technology initiatives and digital projects.
• Contribute to Distribution Analytics data platforms and insights.
