Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to drive QA across AI and digital initiatives. You will design, automate, and execute tests using Java or Python, with strong QA tooling and Jira/Rally participation.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, design verification, and collaboration with engineering on Linux-based systems and DICOM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering, CS or IT.
• Professional QA certifications are a plus (CSQA, CSTE, ISTQB).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks required.
• Strong scripting in Java or Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate systems in engineering and customer-site settings.
• Run scripts, evaluate tests, report issues, and troubleshoot.
• Execute design verification using ALM/JAMA tools.
• Maintain QA processes and test environments including Linux.
