Job summary

Genpact LLC is seeking an Engineer - Application Support to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications in a fast-paced environment in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in Computer Engineering, CS or IT and a Master’s in Software Engineering are preferred.
• Certifications listed include CompTIA A+ and New Horizons, Server+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, MS Office Specialist Access.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and automation is valued.
