The Role
As a Technical Lead at Servant, you will play a pivotal role in driving technology projects and deliveringhigh-quality solutions in alignment with our mission. This role will require both technical andleadership expertise to guide a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring all deliverables meet ourstandards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define, plan, andprioritize engineering projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Technical Leadership:Serve as a hands-on technical leader, mentoring engineers, providingconstructive feedback, and establishing effective processes to enhance team productivity and skilldevelopment.
Design and Development:Lead and actively participate in the design, development, and review ofscalable technical solutions, promoting best practices and innovative approaches.
Onboarding Support:Facilitate the onboarding of new engineering team members, ensuring aseamless transition and integration into projects.
Quality and Timeliness:Oversee the engineering team’s deliverables to ensure timely, high-qualityproject completion that meets Servant’s standards of excellence.
Project Documentation: Facilitate and drive the discovery, documentation, and maintenance ofproject-related artifacts, including requirements, specifications, and work item backlogs.
Mission-Driven Engagement:Embrace and support Servant’s mission and values, fostering acollaborative, values-aligned work environment in all interactions with team members and clients.
