Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading architecture and design discussions, providing guidance to development teams.
• Formal engineering certification on one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in advocating for the adoption of new technologies and practice.
• Experience coordinating with Security, Dev Ops, Business Operations and other stakeholders to ensure technical requirements met.

• Develop best-in-class engineering solutions with modular, secure, and observable components.
• Follow secure coding practices and stay informed about vulnerabilities.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Mentor and coach staff; promote new technologies and practices.

• Address production issues to support end users.
