Workstream Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team in a hybrid role with 1–2 days in-office in Lehi, Utah.

You will partner with Product Managers and engineers to deliver well-scoped features, design scalable systems, and advance test-driven CI/CD, while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English. Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling decisions.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective.
• Keep up with the latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peers to deliver well-scoped features.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
• Advocate for and practice test-driven development (TDD) to ensure high-quality, reliable software.
• Contribute to designing and evolving scalable cloud-based systems.
