Job summary

Genpact LLC is seeking a Tech Lead in Testing & Quality Assurance to guide QA strategy, lead testing practices and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes calibration of complex systems, automation, and strong Java/Python skills within a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

You will oversee test design, verification activities, and maintain QA processes across engineering and customer-site settings. A strong background in QA frameworks and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computing/engineering discipline.
• Experience in automated testing and test planning.
• Experience with CT scanners or medical imaging testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate systems in engineering and customer site settings.
• Run scripts, evaluate results, report and troubleshoot issues.
• Execute design verification using ALM/JAMA tools.
• Experience with Java/Python programming.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and Jira/Rally workflows.
• Maintain systems infrastructure and CT hardware/DI compatibility.
• Involve in DICOM protocol and Linux-based environments.
