Coforge is seeking an experienced Tech Lead Python to design, develop, and support scalable backend systems while guiding a team of Python developers. You will drive technical direction, ensure code quality, and collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to deliver robust RESTful services, APIs, and microservices across cloud deployments in a remote, globally distributed environment.

We are looking for an experienced Tech lead Python to design, develop, support scalable backend systems and lead a team of other Python Developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership of other team members globally distributed, ensuring quality standards and best practices.


• Coordinate team activities and report progress to client’s stakeholders.


• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend services.


• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.


• Implement microservices-based architectures.


• Integrate systems using event-driven frameworks (Kafka / RabbitMQ).


• Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams.
