Qualifications

• 9+ Years engineering experience including 3+ Years in Production GenAI/Agentic AI
• Experience leading AI/ML architecture and production-grade solutions
• Proficiency with AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Terraform

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical direction for AWS Bedrock AgentCore solutions, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, MCP integrations, and production Python services.
• Drive AWS infrastructure and AI engineering standards using Terraform, while establishing evaluation, observability, security, guardrails, prompt-injection defense, and governance practices.
• Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers, conduct architecture and code reviews, and serve as the primary technical contact for client and business stakeholders.
