Cognizant is seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and client teams to ensure technical excellence and reliable project delivery.

With 10+ years in enterprise apps and deep GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes expertise, you will guide best practices, mentor teams, and drive CI/CD for robust, secure solutions in a hybrid work setup in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise apps in C#/.NET Core.
• Strong API and microservices development in cloud environments.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as GKE, Cloud Run, App Engine, Firestore, Pub/Sub.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven deployment, CI/CD, code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Strong software architecture, design patterns, and secure development practices.
• Experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable backend services.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud-native application development on GCP.
• Drive microservices architecture and containerized solutions with Kubernetes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, performance tuning, and production support.
• Promote engineering best practices, patterns, and coding standards.
