Pentair is seeking a Technical Lead - Digital Marketing Platforms in Golden Valley, MN. You will steer the technical direction for digital marketing platforms, mentor peers, and partner with Marketing, Brand, Privacy, and IT to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will drive migrations away from legacy systems toward modern martech while maintaining governance and data integrity. The role requires 7+ years delivering martech platforms, strong CRM/data integration expertise, and hands-on

Qualifications

7+ years delivering and integrating digital marketing / martech platforms.
Experience as a technical lead on projects or platforms.
Hands-on with web content management, PIM, DAM, consent management.
Strong understanding of CRM integration and data flows.
Experience migrating platforms and modernization efforts.
Familiar with GDPR/CCPA compliance and vendor management.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for the digital marketing platform ecosystem and mentor peers.
Own technical strategy and roadmap for digital marketing platforms.
Drive modernization, migrations, and minimize disruption.
Lead management and integration of websites, PIM, DAM, and tooling.
Design CRM integrations and data connections for a unified customer view.
Establish cookie/consent controls and privacy alignment with Legal.
Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Privacy, and IT teams for alignment.
Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and standards.
