As an Engineering Manager, your responsibilities include:

1. Setting and overseeing team goals in collaboration with the technical lead.
2. Providing leadership, management, and technical vision for the engineering team.
3. Supporting engineers' growth through feedback and development plans.
4. Removing internal and cross-functional blockers to optimize team performance.

Qualifications for success:

• 5+ years in project or program management, preferably in startups, with a proven track record.
• 2+ years managing or leading SWE/SRE teams, with a total of 5+ years engineering experience.
• Ability to mentor both junior and senior engineers.
• Experience with modern infrastructure, SWE/SRE background, and transitioning into management.
• Experience managing remote, distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong passion and understanding of blockchain, MachineFi, and Web3.
