Qualifications

• Experience as tech lead or engineering manager.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered features.
• Experience building scalable backend services.
• Strong cloud and Kubernetes depth; database and messaging knowledge.
• Ability to ship rough versions quickly and refine them.
