Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Experience in Life & Annuity insurance or related technology delivery.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity products and related domains such as inforce processing, policy administration.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and data flows with incomplete information.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technology needs and translate into clear requirements and test scenarios.
• Perform impact analysis for product changes, platform upgrades, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate work across vendors, architecture, infrastructure, and QA teams.
• Own analysis and delivery activities from discovery to post-production support.
• Advise stakeholders on capabilities, risks, and implementation options.
• Create documentation and runbooks to strengthen organizational knowledge.
• Identify improvements to processes, documentation, and delivery practices.
