Job summary

TetraScience is hiring a Tech Lead for the Tetra Apps platform. This hands-on IC role owns the technical design and architecture, plans sprints with product, and collaborates with DevOps, security, and field teams to deliver a scalable, multi-tenant platform running on AWS.

You will ship with TypeScript/Node.js, React, ECS, and CloudFormation, ensuring secure, observable, and maintainable software. A background of 10+ years in software engineering and experience leading platform architecture are

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with multi-tenant production platforms.
• Strong AWS production experience: ECS, ALB/NLB, VPC, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, S3, Lambda.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of the Tetra Apps platform.
• Design app proxy, routing, provisioning, identities, and security.
• Lead sprint and quarterly planning with the product manager.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and field teams.
• Ensure production readiness with metrics, SLIs/SLOs, and cost planning.
