Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of software development in a distributed multi-tier environment.
- Experience leading software projects and coordinating a development team.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET development and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery).
- Strong API development and database experience with SQL Server.
- Experience with SOA, Git, TFVC, and Visual Studio 2017+.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SOLID/OOP principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the SDLC and coordinate software project activities.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with IT leadership and architects.
- Engage in detailed design, coding, testing, and integration tasks.
- Ensure delivery against business requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate external consultants when needed and manage resources.
- Document requirements and maintain lifecycle documentation.
