Job summary

Veo in Denver invites applications for a Tech Lead in our dockless micromobility program launching Spring 2026. You will lead the team, drive daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service while shaping the program's success.

You will coordinate field tasks, maintain vehicles, and mentor technicians, with a bias for action and strong communication. This on-site role requires adaptability to evenings and weekend shifts to support operations and growth in our launch markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring teammates
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Exceptional communication and attention to detail
• Passion for dockless scooter sharing and sustainable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs scooters without assistance

Responsibilities

• Perform field tasks: swapping batteries, rebalance vehicles, respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters
• Address complaints received by email or Zendesk by solving the issue or directing to a field tech
• Train new technicians in shift priorities, start/end of shift SOPs, and in company systems (upkeep, WIW, TechApp)
• Ensure warehouse is organized and up to standards
• Batteries cycled correctly and vehicles placed in the right position
• Assist with other tasks assigned by Operations Manager
