Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Lead Electrical Architects to define electrical architectures for AI Factory data centers and deployable command centers. You will translate CONOPS into actionable electrical requirements and guide development from concept to production.

Role requires deep expertise in embedded hardware, ECU/LRU design, and cross-functional leadership, with US security clearance potential and travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years in designing and deploying electrical products.
• Ability to translate CONOPS into electrical requirements and architecture.
• Experience with embedded systems hardware (MCUs/CPUs/FPGAs) and their implications.
• Experience with full-cycle ECU/LRU electronics design and PCBA design.
• Proven track record of releasing products to production at scale.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of AI Factory data centers and deployable centers.
• Perform architectural trades balancing performance, manufacturability, and scalability.
• Translate CONOPS into detailed electrical requirements and modules.
• Design modular, air-transportable systems that are rapidly deployable.
• Collaborate with Lattice/AI teams to meet software needs.
• Partner with defense customers to translate needs into architectures.
• Lead prototyping, field tests, and military deployments.
• Drive systems from concept to production at scale across multiple teams.
• Define interfaces and constraints for electrical modules and subsystems.
