Job summary

CEEZER seeks a Tech Lead to architect scalable, enterprise-grade systems for Climate Performance Asset management. You will translate product vision into reliable technology, lead architectural decisions, and drive engineering excellence from day one.

You will craft end-to-end technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver secure, high-performance features on our TS/Node.js/Next.js stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership
• 2+ years of technical leadership guiding teams
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem
• Experience building modern, data-dense interfaces with React or Next.js
• Strong RESTful API design and relational data modeling (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, and AWS

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale a seamless B2B procurement platform with an enterprise-grade UI
• Lead end-to-end technical strategy, design, and architecture for scalable features and microservices
• Contribute hands-on coding in TS/Node.js, React/Next.js, and maintain high-quality code
• Mentor engineers, perform rigorous code reviews, and raise development standards
• Ensure platform security, reliability, and performance across cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with product and design to engineer user-centric solutions
