Job summary

SantaFe Qatar seeks a technical leader to guide a team of project managers and developers. You will shape the architectural direction, drive a robust CI/CD pipeline, and ensure secure, scalable systems with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Project Manager and developers.
• Oversee system architecture, design, and scalability.
• Define technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Review and approve code, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and security practices.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and data security.
• Conduct regular sprint reviews, stand-ups, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders and management.
• Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and output.
• Ensure timely delivery of all technical milestones.
