Job summary

Tranzeal Incorporated seeks a Technical Lead to drive AI, automation, infrastructure, and SRE initiatives within an enterprise AIOps environment. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams while staying hands-on across AI agents, cloud automation, DevOps, observability, and security remediation.

The role emphasizes leadership, execution, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI/infra projects across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years leading complex technical, infrastructure, or software delivery initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, MCP, AI agents, and AIOps.
• Strong experience with Python, cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE.
• Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, or similar observability tools.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI/agentic AIOps solutions using Vertex AI and MCP.
• Lead infrastructure automation, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing initiatives.
• Manage CI/CD, observability, testing, ETL, and cloud automation across multi-cloud environments.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation and security automation.
• Manage technical dependencies, milestones, risks, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Provide clear technical and executive-level delivery updates.
