Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python, cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE.
• Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, or similar observability tools.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and infrastructure automation.

We are seeking a highly technical Technical Lead to drive AI, automation, infrastructure, and SRE initiatives within an enterprise AIOps environment. This role will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on across AI agents, cloud automation, DevOps, observability, and security remediation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of AI/agentic AIOps solutions using Vertex AI and MCP.
• Lead infrastructure automation, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing initiatives.
• Manage CI/CD, observability, testing, ETL, and cloud automation across multi-cloud environments.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation and security automation.
• Manage technical dependencies, milestones, risks, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Provide clear technical and executive-level delivery updates.
