Hadrian is seeking a Tech Lead for Detection & Response to oversee threat detection and response across corporate and manufacturing environments. This hands-on role includes leading a small team and setting the technical direction for an AI-native detection stack.

As a candidate, you should have over 8 years of security engineering experience, strong software engineering skills, and a proven track record in incident response.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of security engineering experience.
• Deep, hands-on detection and response expertise.
• Strong software engineering and detection-as-code skills.

Responsibilities

• Own detection & response strategy and architecture across environments.
• Design and build an AI-native detection & response stack.
• Lead incident response from triage to postmortem.
