Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Cloud Architect to define and own cloud and AI architecture for scalable, secure enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will lead Azure platform engineering, migrations, and AI/ML solution design.

You will mentor engineers, drive data platform strategy with Microsoft Fabric and Azure services, enforce governance, and translate business strategy into technical roadmaps. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and a proven record delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• 5+ years of architecture experience defining cloud or enterprise architectures.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure including compute, networking, storage, identity, security, and platform services.
• Hands-on experience designing AI/ML and generative AI solutions.
• Strong experience with enterprise data platforms, data architecture, analytics, and data governance.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Python, SQL, and modern frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and DevOps.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer preferred.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on depth and leadership.
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and ownership skills.
