Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
3+ years of experience in software development.

Knowledge of SDLC practices including coding standards, reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
Develop modern, responsive front-end applications.
Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end user experiences.
Build and manage database solutions; develop automation scripts using Python or Bash.
Design and build AI/ML integrated applications including chat models and document understanding.
Work with Azure AI ecosystem (Azure Foundry, OpenAI, Cognitive Services).
Build AI-enabled apps using Spring Boot backend services.
Deploy, monitor, and manage apps in Microsoft Azure (App Services, CosmosDB, Function Apps).
Implement caching with Redis or Ehcache and use Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and oversee performance monitoring and optimization.
Continuous improvement of code quality with modern tooling and AI-assisted development.
Automated testing and rapid feedback during development; troubleshoot across projects.

Develop modern, responsive front-end applications

Build and manage database solutions:
- Develop automation scripts using Python or Bash.
Design and build applications integrating AI/ML services, including:
- Chat model integrations
- Document extraction and content understanding solutions
Work with Azure AI ecosystem, including:
- Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI
- Cognitive Services and related AI platforms
Build AI-enabled applications using Spring Boot-based backend services

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
3+ years of experience in software development.
Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring any sponsorship, now or in the future (Law Permanent Residence or US Citizen)
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Ability to analyze and creatively solve complex problems
