Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a production technician to join our manufacturing floor in the United States. You will operate and support multiple production lines, applying standard work, safety rules and quality practices to deliver consistent results.

You will collaborate with teams to resolve issues, participate in continuous improvement, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-documented production environment. Prioritization and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned production lines to meet performance targets.
• Participate in problem solving, changes, safety analyses and area audits.
• Train and assist technicians; ensure quality and safety are upheld.
• Coordinate with teams to manage shifts, schedules and materials.
• Follow production schedules, SOPs, GMP and Food Safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area at all times.

• Ability to complete minor adjustments and troubleshoot equipment/inventory items in receiving warehouse
• Consult with management in developing, improving and modifying standard work instructions and training manuals
• Work in conjunction with production to prevent any unscheduled downtime within business units
• Help in the establishment of and maintenance of inventory system transactions
• Participate openly in Problem solving, implementation of changes, safety analysis, area audits.
• Facilitate and participate in Shift and DDS meetings and present results.
• Communicate schedule changes, raw material management, raw materials/ingredients/packaging product management - Holds.
• Assist in training of other technicians, improve/modify Work instructions, etc.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Be available for overtime and call-ins.
• Maintain effective communication with the Team Leader through conversations, reports, and meetings.
• Be able to analyze problems and suggest effective solutions.
• Must be able to follow, interpret, modify, distribute, and account for the production schedule.
• Must be able to perform all work tasks while following the procedures.
• Must have knowledge of policies related to Safety, GMP, and Food Safety.
• Must be able to be certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (*PIE) in accordance with company policies. (*if applicable to role).

Compensation & Benefits

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $28.99 p/hr.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
