Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, Butterworth Hospital, is seeking an inventory and procurement specialist to ensure accuracy of technology inventory, manage procurement, and reconcile invoices. You will coordinate with third-party vendors and support reclamation and redistribution of technology assets.

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory/procurement.
• Associate's Degree/Technical school or equivalent preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with medical technology and equipment.
• Experience generating user-defined reports.
• Experience in supply chain is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the database inventory, procurement process, and third-party service coordination.
• Reconcile vendor invoices with actual purchases.
• Administer the inventory database and ensure accuracy.
• Research and procure technology components; maintain inventory levels.
