Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking an inventory and procurement specialist to ensure accurate inventory, manage the procurement process, and reconcile vendor invoices. The role coordinates with third-party service providers and supports reclamation and redistribution of technology assets.

Responsibilities include maintaining the inventory database, producing utilization reports, and documenting processes to support customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Associate’s Degree/Technical school or equivalent is preferred.
• 3 or more years of relevant experience in the field is preferred.
• Experience working on or with medical technology and equipment is preferred.
• Experience generating user-defined reports is preferred.
• Experience working in supply chain is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the database inventory, procurement process and coordination of third-party service.
• Reconcile vendor invoices with actual purchases.
• Administer the inventory database and ensure its accuracy.
• Research and procure technology components and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Accountable for related documentation and reporting.
