Qualifications

• College concentration in one of the STEM disciplines or prior experience and demonstrated passion in an Information Technology role.
• Analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills from past job or volunteer experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MS Office Applications.
• All candidates must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an active member of the software engineering team, contributing to project and operational work.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and document software solutions with guidance from experienced engineers.
• Take ownership of assigned development tasks and follow them through completion.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with engineers and other team members.
• Participate in the team's normal development processes, discussions, and meetings.
• Investigate technical problems and develop thoughtful solutions using available tools and resources.
• Manage assigned work and priorities while maintaining strong attention to quality and accuracy.
• Communicate progress, questions, challenges, and blockers with the team.
