Montgomery Public Schools seeks a licensed teacher to provide quality instruction and support for student achievement. You will implement curriculum, use technology to enhance learning, and adapt materials for diverse learners within a collaborative school environment.

The role requires effective communication, regular attendance, and commitment to professional growth. You will contribute to school initiatives and participate in assessments and family engagement activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Alabama teaching certificate in the grade level, subject area(s) assigned.
• Meets suitability criteria for employment and/or certification under Alabama Child Protection Act.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on communication and collaboration to maximize student achievement.
• Ability to develop and implement curriculum and programming for designated grade level(s) and subject(s).
• Ability to use technology to communicate, plan, provide instruction, manage data, and produce reports.
• Physical strength, mobility, dexterity, stamina, and acuity to perform job responsibilities.
• Ability to be punctual and in regular attendance.
• Board may require alternatives to above qualifications.

• Participates in state or standardized testing processes as assigned.
• Organizes procedures and materials for efficient instructional time and administration tasks.
• Communicates high learning expectations and real-world learning outcomes.
• Supports school improvement initiatives and participates in school activities.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to laws and policies.
