State of Georgia is seeking a Computer Information Systems Instructor for the Swainsboro Campus. This full‑time twelve‑month faculty role includes teaching credit courses within the Information Technology Professional and Cybersecurity programs.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in CIS or CS (or related field with 18 graduate hours in teaching) and at least three years of in‑field experience within the last seven years; Cisco experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science, or master’s degree in a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline from an accredited institution.
• Three years of in-field experience within the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach credit courses within the Information Technology Professional and Cybersecurity program areas.

POSITION: Computer Information Systems Instructor, Full-Time LOCATION: Swainsboro Campus

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Full‑time twelve (12) month faculty position that requires teaching responsibilities for credit courses within the Information Technology Professional and Cybersecurity program areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior teaching experience (Cisco Network Academy teaching experience desired)
