Job summary

Conxxus is hiring a Tech Install Crew to service multiple Illinois locations including Sullivan, Paxton, Mt Vernon, Marseilles and Metamora. The role involves coax and fiber installations, provisioning and monitoring Internet/IPTV/VOIP services, and traveling in company vehicles for on-site calls.

We value candidates with a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and comfort working in varying environments. Flexibility, customer communication, and basic IT concepts are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices.
• Basic IT concepts knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coax and Fiber installations.
• Provision and monitor Internet/IPTV/VOIP services.
• Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on-site projects.
• Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment.
• Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers.
• Coordinate with support to resolve customer issues.
