Conxxus — Sullivan, IL FTTH Shop is hiring for a full-time fiber installation role based in Sullivan. You will bury fiber drops, perform bore work under sidewalks, travel to service calls and work with coax/fiber tools on site.

By offering three services from one company, customers take advantage of bundled services – Conxxus is your one stop shop for all of your telecommunication needs. **Responsibilities*** Burying fiber service drops using a remote controlled plow* Hand bore and stick bore under sidewalks and driveways* Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on site projects* Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment* Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers* Work with support to resolve customer issues**Physical Requirements:*** Lift and carry up to 75 pounds independently on an occasional basis.* Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.* Work with heavier materials and equipment with assistance from another employee or mechanical lifting equipment when required.* Push, pull, move, and position cable, conduit, tools, equipment, and materials.* Stand and walk for extended periods, including up to 8–10 hours during a workday.* Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and work in awkward positions.* Enter and exit trucks and equipment, and work around utility structures.* Work with hands and arms above shoulder level for extended periods.* Use hand tools and power tools requiring repetitive gripping, grasping, and manual dexterity.* Walk over uneven, muddy, rocky, or rough terrain.**Schedule*** Full-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities* Shifts range from Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**Compensation & Benefits*** Pay: $20/hour* 401(k) matching* Paid Time Off* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Vision insurance
