WA River Protection Solutions seeks a Technology & Innovation Officer to steer the HMESC technology, information management, and innovation functions for reliable, secure, and integrated services at Hanford.
The role leads strategic IT modernization, champions analytics and digital tools, and collaborates with DOE, prime contractors, and HMIS teams to enable mission-focused technology capabilities.
The Technology & Innovation Officer provides strategic leadership for all technology, information management, and innovation functions supporting the Hanford Mission Essential Services Contract. This role ensures reliable, secure, and integrated technology services across the Hanford Site while driving innovation that enhances mission performance, supports cleanup objectives, and strengthens the One Hanford strategy. The position collaborates with DOE, prime contractors, subcontractors, and cross-functional HMIS teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and forward-looking technology capabilities.
Grade 22: $162,863 - $214,288

In accordance with the HMIS salary determination process, offers will be made by taking into consideration the level of assigned job duties, responsibilities, and the candidate's qualifications relative to internal peers and the external labor market. To obtain this credential, new employees must successfully complete and pass a federal background check investigation. This investigation encompasses multiple areas of eligibility and includes a declaration of illegal drug activities, including use, supply, possession, or manufacture within the last year. This includes marijuana and cannabis derivatives, which are still considered illegal under federal law, regardless of state laws.
