Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes seeks a Technical Information Architecture Systems Administrator to build and lead documentation, information-management programs, and cross-functional technical initiatives. The role focuses on establishing and growing programs within Operations and beyond as the organization matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, knowledge management or related field.
• Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in technical program coordination, engineering or scientific operations, information management, document systems, project management, procedure development, or another function requiring organization of complex technical work.
• Experience in a regulated, quality-controlled environment with controlled-document lifecycles, revision and version control, records retention, and good documentation practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, operations personnel, and quality professionals in defining requirements, establishing work plans, resolving interfaces, and delivering complex documentation and information-management initiatives.
• Develop understanding of technical processes, systems, and interfaces to identify gaps, dependencies, conflicting requirements, and risks.
• Facilitate technical discussions, ensuring decisions, assumptions, requirements, interfaces, and actions are documented and driven to closure.
• Establish program structures—scope, priorities, schedules, responsibilities, dependencies, metrics, and reporting—for cross-functional initiatives.
• Apply systems-thinking to improve how technical information is created, organized, controlled, and used across the organization.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve knowledge management and workflow.
• Design and improve systems and workflows to manage documentation and information across departments.
• Build teams and lead cross-functional efforts to implement SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and document-management platforms.
