Wichita State University Graduate Assistant for Technology Help Desk & Desktop Support – Shocker Success Center is a part-time on-site role on the Wichita, KS campus. The position provides up to 3,840.00 per semester and 20 hours per week, with tuition benefits while in this position.

The role supports students and staff with system access, networks, email, and ticketing, and collaborates with Desktop Support, Network, and Telecom teams to deliver reliable technical help.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong customer-centered philosophy.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Android.
• Comfort working on-site with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with password resets and troubleshoot general access issues.
• Create and manage tickets for servicing university-licensed software and hardware.
• Collaborate with Desktop Support, Windows Server Group, Network Support, and Telecom.
