Job summary

UBS’s 2027 Group Technology Office Graduate Talent Program invites ambitious graduates to join a 24-month track in NY/NJ. You’ll participate in rotations across technology domains, contribute to business-critical platforms, and learn modern engineering practices while building scalable financial tech solutions.

You’ll work with Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, SQL and REST APIs, evolving through hands-on projects and a global team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, AI/ML).
• Interest in finance and technology and willingness to learn.
• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with GPA 3.0+

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Develop and support applications enabling trading, order management, data governance and client servicing.
• Grow expertise in full-stack, distributed systems, data analytics and AI/ML solutions.
