Job summary

UBS is seeking ambitious graduates for the 2027 Group Technology Office Graduate Talent Program in NY/NJ. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle and work with Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures to support trading, data governance and client services.

You’ll rotate through roles as a Technology Engineer Graduate or Data Engineer Graduate, gaining exposure to full-stack development, distributed systems,

Qualifications

Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with GPA 3.0+.
Degree completed by program start date.
Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, AI/ML).
Preferably background in computer science, engineering or STEM.
Values: hardworking, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
Motivated to work in finance with high demands and tight deadlines.
Able to evidence experimental and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

Contribute to full software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment.
Develop, enhance and support business-critical apps across UBS tech stack.
Build expertise in full-stack development, distributed systems and data platforms.
