Job summary

UBS is inviting highly motivated graduates to join the 2027 Group Technology Office Graduate Talent Program in NY/NJ. You will engage across the full software development lifecycle and work on business-critical applications that enable trading, data governance, and client servicing, using Java, Python, React and more.

Placed in a global technology office, you’ll rotate through roles as a Technology Engineer Graduate or Data Engineer Graduate, gaining hands-on experience and professional training

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, AI/ML).
• Preferably have a computer science, engineering, or STEM background.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
• Develop, enhance and support business-critical applications and platforms across UBS using Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Build expertise in full-stack development, distributed systems, data platforms and AI/ML engineering while collaborating effectively.
