McKesson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technology Finance to partner with Technology and Finance leaders, leading FP&A, planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support for the Enterprise Applications Service area.

This role drives operating and capital planning, delivers executive-level financial narratives, guides investments, and strengthens governance across technology initiatives. Hybrid work in The Woodlands, TX.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or other advanced credential preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide end-to-end FP&A support for Enterprise Applications Service area across four service categories, including expenses, capital, initiatives and service costs.
• Lead annual operating plan, forecasting cycles, month-end close analysis and long-range planning with Technology and Finance stakeholders.
• Own consolidated financial reporting and performance reviews with clear drivers, variances, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Act as trusted finance advisor to Service Category leaders on resource allocation and investments.
• Monitor trends, identify risks/opportunities, and drive corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and performance.
• Support cost allocation strategy, transparency, methodologies, assumptions, and impacts on business units.
• Partner with initiative and portfolio teams to evaluate investments and strengthen governance and reporting for technology initiatives.
• Develop executive-level presentations and communicate insights, recommendations and trade-offs to senior Technology and Finance leadership.
• Drive consistency in reporting, planning and variance analysis across service categories and McKesson Technology Finance.
