Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technology Finance to act as a strategic FP&A business partner across Enterprise Applications. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support, partnering with Technology and Finance leaders.

The role requires extensive FP&A experience, cost transparency, and governance in a technology-focused environment, with a hybrid in-office work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced credential preferred.
• Experience supporting Technology organizations, digital transformations, or enterprise application portfolios.
• Familiarity with service-based financial management and investment governance.
• Experience leading complex financial workstreams with senior leaders.
• Prior people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end FP&A support for the Enterprise Applications Service area across four service categories, including operating expenses and service costs.
• Lead annual operating plan development, forecasting cycles, and long-range planning with Technology and Finance stakeholders.
• Own consolidated financial reporting and executive-level analyses with key drivers and risks.
• Advise Service Category leaders on resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Monitor trends and identify risks/opportunities; drive corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Support cost allocation strategy and transparency impacts across business units.
• Partner with portfolio management to evaluate investments and strengthen governance.
• Develop executive presentations and communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
• Drive standardization, automation, and timely reporting across service categories.
• Coach and develop FP&A team members in a high-performing culture.
